Payment Schedule

For cash buyers:

€650/ £500/ $1000 reservation deposit (refundable in any event)
25% upon signing the Sales and Purchase Contracts (after 30 days for due diligence)
25% upon completion of the foundation and super structure of the property
25% upon completion of ‘lock out’ (doors and windows in)
