Payment Schedule
For cash buyers:
| €650/ £500/ $1000 | reservation deposit (refundable in any event) |
| 25% | upon signing the Sales and Purchase Contracts (after 30 days for due diligence) |
| 25% | upon completion of the foundation and super structure of the property |
| 25% | upon completion of ‘lock out’ (doors and windows in) |
| 25% | on approval and delivery of the property (less the deposit) |
For buyers taking up the 50% finance option:

Rental and maintenance
Rentals are projected to be in excess of 8%. Full property management and maintenance is provided.
