Payment Schedule
For cash buyers:
| €650/ £500/ $1000 | reservation deposit (refundable in any event) |
| 25% | upon signing the Sales and Purchase Contracts (after 30 days for due diligence) |

| 25% | upon completion of ‘lock out’ (doors and windows in) |
