Location
Thailand is ideally located in the dynamic region of South East Asia - amongst some of the fastest growing economies in the world.
Koh Samui is a vibrant tropical Thai island that is most definitely up market - there are more 5 and 6 star hotels on Koh Samui than any other island in Asia. Four Seasons group have just opened their first Samui resort (which is nothing if not palatial) and Conrad, W Resorts and Hyatt are also moving in.
The climate on Samui is wonderfully warm and sunny with daily temperatures between 30 – 33 degrees celsius year round. The consistent climate is great for those looking for a long relaxing holiday or for a quick weekend break. The island is easily accessible from Bangkok, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.

There is plenty to keep you busy on Samui or you can just relax the day away on one of the islands stunning beaches or at on one the many indulgent spas. Koh Samui is a beautiful island and was voted the most welcoming island destination in the world by Condé Nast readers in a survey in 2006.
Amera is perfectly situated on the north eastern tip of Samui, in an area known as Baan Makam which is fast becoming an exclusive neighbourhood. Close by is the famously plush Santiburi Golf and Country Club, which boasts amazing sea views and an extravagant destination spa. Also nearby is the newly opened Four Seasons Samui.
