Guests staying at Kudat Riviera in 2008 will be looking to pay between $450 USD and $1300 USD per night depending on which villa they choose. Rates for 2009 are projected to rise to $659 USD and $2600

Also available in 2009 will be the Royal Sky Villas and the Royal Beach Villas. The nightly rack rates estimated for these villas are between $3200 - $4000 USD

Owners of a Kudat Riviera villa can expect a rental return of 18 – 29%
