The villas in phase one have already been built. Fit out of the interiors will commence on the signing of the sales and purchase agreement and should take somewhere between 6 - 8 weeks to complete - your villa will then be ready to rent.

phase two: [villas 7-10]

Phase two will consist of just four more villas - these are already under construction with a completion date planned for August 2008.
