Payment schedule

£1,000      fully refundable reservation fee (followed by 30 day due diligence period)

30%         on signing of Sales and Purchase Agreement (less reservation fee paid)

20%         on completion of foundations

20%         on completion of roof structure

30%         on handover and approval of completed villa

 

Furniture Package

A bespoke furniture package will be available for all those who wish to participate in the rental scheme and is priced at THB 600,000 (circa £8,600) plus a dressing pack THB 250,000 (circa £3,600)
