Tenure
The tenure of these properties is leasehold. Foreigners may have 99 year leases with no restrictions whatsoever. These leases are renewable and so prove to offer full security to the overseas investor.

The apartments are all sold as ‘turn key’ – completely,
fitted, furnished and ready to rent.
Rental
You will be guaranteed a 9% net yield for the first two years of ownership. After the two years is up, if you wish, Brocon will seamlessly continue to manage your apartment for just 15% of the gross income. The yield versus your purchase price in two years time should be around 16%, so you should still clear an income of 9% - your actual yield if current trends continue should be circa 12% upwards, increasing year on year.
Payment Schedule
$1000 deposit (fully refundable) followed by a 30
day due diligence period

65% balance on delivery and approval of the completed unit, fully fitted
